Collection and Use of Personal Data

In order to use our services and for better user experience, we require our users to provide us with some personally identifiable information, including but not limited to information required for functioning of third party services and our software package.

For example, the Ginst Kids software package uses players IP address and nickname to create high-score tables divided by countries. Also, it uses song statistics per IP range to determine which song is most popular in players country and suggest it to player.

Although we do not collect users’ personal data, we do collect usernames created by user. Content such as screenshots taken within the game, high scores, as well as deep links can contain those usernames. By accepting this Privacy policy, users confirm that they will not enter personal data within the games username and that they are aware that, if they do so, it may become available to the public.

In order to achieve best playing experience, third party services may collect information about Players personal contacts to invite them to multiplayer games. Such use of personal contacts from third party services will necessarily require the explicit consent of the user through the appropriate online form.
